WHO I WORK WITH

I see the range of adults, from older teenagers to older adults—including professionals, graduate students, business owners, and retirees. They tend to be deep thinkers and feelers who are ready for meaningful change. Many of my clients identify with one or both of these categories:

The Driven & Perfectionistic

  • Accomplished individuals trying to unlearn "doing it all," perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressure to always "be strong."

  • Those ready to face their own truth, set boundaries, and make space for "me-time," rest, and self-confidence.

  • People looking to identify outdated patterns that no longer serve them, explore their narratives, and reclaim their authentic identities.

Those Navigating Life Transitions & Healing

  • Individuals navigating major life shifts: career scaling, relationship changes, parenthood, health issues, becoming an empty nester, caring for aging parents, retirement, and grief and loss.

  • Those ready to heal from emotional wounds, trauma, PTSD, and wanting to better manage addictive behaviors.

  • People looking to grow self-awareness, express their feelings more freely, and build a more balanced, structured, and joyful life.
