Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. Many clients with a PPO insurance plan are eligible for reimbursement.

I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reach out to your insurance to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

How do you determine if we are good “fit?”

The therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is one of the most predictive factors of therapeutic success. The more open and at ease you feel with your therapist, the better you connect, the more you will get out of it.

How often will we meet?

Generally speaking once a week, sometimes it makes sense to meet more or less frequently based on your goals and how you feel.

How long does therapy last?

The length of therapy can vary, on average I see clients for 4 - 6 months. I have some clients that have been with me for years, and some come back for “an adjustment” so to speak for a few session every so often. Mental health growth doesn’t happen linearly, it’s more of an ebb and flow.

How do I get started?

With a call or email, which ever you prefer. I offer a free 20 min phone consultation so you can get a better feel to determine if we are good “fit”.
